- Every plan supports extra users at ₹50–₹100 per user per month. For large teams, the Enterprise plan offers custom user limits and volume pricing.
- Do you help with data migration?
- Absolutely. Our team handles migrating product catalogs, vendor records, opening stock, and customer data from your existing systems—whether that is spreadsheets, Tally, or another POS.
- How does the AI invoice OCR work?
- Available as an add-on, upload a purchase invoice image or scanned PDF. Neptune extracts vendor details, line items, quantities, and GST amounts using Tesseract or Google Gemini. Extracted data auto-fills your purchase entry.
