How do add-ons work?
Add-ons are billed monthly on top of your plan. You can activate or deactivate them at any time from your account settings.
What if I need more than 25 users?
Every plan supports extra users at ₹50–₹100 per user per month. For large teams, the Enterprise plan offers custom user limits and volume pricing.
Do you help with data migration?
Absolutely. Our team handles migrating product catalogs, vendor records, opening stock, and customer data from your existing systems—whether that is spreadsheets, Tally, or another POS.
How does the AI invoice OCR work?
Available as an add-on, upload a purchase invoice image or scanned PDF. Neptune extracts vendor details, line items, quantities, and GST amounts using Tesseract or Google Gemini. Extracted data auto-fills your purchase entry.
